Similar to Monarch, while fighting his heroic counterpart, he wanted to get his and Ladybug's Miraculouses to summon Gimmi and use the wish to bring back his mother. But when Cat Noir mentioned feeling the same, he still didn't believe him until he took Cat Noir's ring and saw his counterpart's true face shocking him even more when he realized that the latter's mother suffered the same fate. Cat Noir was able to convince Claw Noir that he too could change his life if he chose not to be alone, honor his mother's memory and give friendship a chance. This inspired Claw Noir to give up on his mission to retrieve the Butterfly Miraculous and pursue the wish, returning his counterpart's ring.

Using the power of Voyage, the megakuma is transmitted to the area where the fight is occurring.

He soon became concerned for her when she tried and failed to summon Gimmi to wish for a better life, especially after seeing her talking sadly to Sabine. After reforming, Claw Noir joined Betterfly, alongside Shadybug in the fight against the Supreme.

On the Eiffel Tower, Monarch shows Shadybug and Claw Noir, Ladyfly, Cat Noir and Ubiquity running towards them. Ladyfly destroys the Shadybug illusion, pretending to be surprised as Monarch teleports Shadybug to Ladyfly. As Cat Noir swings in and destroys the illusion of the giant Claw Noir and pretends to not know about it, Monarch uses the power of Voyage and teleport the real Claw Noir over to Cat Noir.
